Welcome to Phoenix Soul Coaching

Helping professional women prioritize well-being through mental health coaching and spiritual care.

Phoenix Soul Coaching helps women who care for others to

  • create a simple and practical daily self-care practice

  • and prioritize at least five hours a week of personal self-care so that you can keep your own cup full as you serve others.

Now more than ever, I see women taking care of others while suffering from compassion fatigue, burnout, overwhelm, and over-doing for everyone but themselves. I serve as a mental health coach and spiritual teacher to guide women into joyful living through private sessions, group experiences and workshops.

Self-care is the most valuable use of your time and energy. Stress-reduction, peaceful awareness, and authentic living are the path I intend to share with you. This journey is all about self-compassion and living as your best self.

I am here to guide you on your path to

  • Self-discovery

  • Stress relief

  • Mindfulness

  • Healthy relationships

  • Connecting to your purpose

You, and those who depend on you, deserve the best of you - not what’s left of you.

If you’d like to prioritize your own self-care, email me at phoenixsoulcoaching@gmail.com for a free confidential conversation.

About me:

I’m Tricia Odham, and I live in coastal NC with my wonderful husband. I’ve been a nurse since 1993, and I work as a Nurse Practitioner in Addiction Medicine and Mental Health. I also hold a Master’s degree in Theology, where I trained to be a chaplain, and I serve as a spiritual educator and holistic teacher.

I believe the Light of the Divine is in each of us: we do not have to earn it, nor can we lose it.

In 2020, while writing a memoir about the experience of losing my daughter, I felt an urgency and calling to share what I learned for deep healing, wholeness, and connection.

My all-time favorite things: quality time with my grandchildren, being in nature, writing, playing with paint, and expanding my understanding of the human condition.

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience;

we are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

-Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
